Had a diy nightmare. First I managed to break off a rod head and then managed to lose a full set of rods and head trying to recover the first issue when they were sucked into my main septic tank soil pipe. Called in Alvin and both recovered in difficult circumstances in a hour and a half. Very impressive. Nice guy and local. In my phone book now as my go to number for anything drains related.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues.
